Time to start upping my cardio to lean out. 😑 I'm sooo excited about it. Woke up with some semi-flu-like symptoms, but got in an hour of stairmaster plus some sauna time anyway.
Also, notice my shirt is from the 'old days'. Need to write in "protein shakes" after "drink". Haha. Anyway, do what you love, and love what you do.
