we get a lot of Qs about @judy_baca's process of live painting in the galleries ↴

1️⃣ Judy prints outlined illustrations onto five-foot unwoven Mural Cloth, also known as Polytab and Parachute Cloth, at @sparcinla.

2️⃣ She uses acrylics to paint the mural in four stages: monochromatic coloring, wash/blocking, additions of darks, and additions of lights (hasn't happened yet!)

3️⃣ Once completed, the mural will be rolled onto the sonotube and adhered to the riverbanks.
