Judy prints outlined illustrations onto five-foot unwoven Mural Cloth, then uses acrylics to paint the mural in four stages: monochromatic coloring, wash/blocking, additions of darks, and additions of lights. Once completed, the mural will be rolled onto the sonotube and adhered to the LA riverbanks.
