🥦 Broccoli Pizza Crust Recipe 🍕
Ingredients:
- 1 medium head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded organic mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon everything bagel seeds
- 2 large eggs, blended
For the toppings:
- Pizza sauce (homemade or good quality store-bought)
- Shredded mozzarella
- Pizza toppings of your choice (I kept it basic with a tomato slice)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
2. Blend all broccoli florets, microwave for 2-3 mins, and squeeze out excess liquid.
3. Mix broccoli with eggs, Parmesan, mozzarella, and bagel seeds.
4. Shape mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 mins.
5. Add pizza toppings and bake for 10 more mins.
6. Let it cool for 5 mins, then slice and enjoy your homemade broccoli pizza crust! 🍽️
