Pulley Curls (Wide)

Overview: A wide grip version of the pulley curl to target the brachialis.

How-To:
- Stand between two high pulleys with a handle attachment on each side
- Grab the handles on either side, kneel down with a wide grip and curl it towards your shoulders.
- Slowly return to the starting position.

Tips:
- Keep your elbows stationary throughout the movement, avoid moving them inward
- Engage your core for stability.

Did You Know? This arm position recruits the brachialis, a muscle placed below the biceps which gives the arm more width and pushes the biceps further out.
