Getting straight back into my fitness routine is not only the best way to beat jet lag but also the quickest route to me getting back into the swing of my daily life. In my dream life a travel all the time, but in the meanwhile I’m grateful for the life I have anyway, and most importantly my health. Today we did 5 over head squats for 5 sets for our conditioning piece. This is maybe my second favorite CrossFit move after dead lifts. Yes I’m not lifting that heavy today, my focus is always form first. Constantly improving and taking corrections from the incredible coaches at my gym helps me to keep coming back more confident. #crossfit #fitness
