I don’t always get to do it, but when I’m consistent my life works better. I’ve noticed I am more patient, kind, and loving when I start the day right. When I add a selfless practice as well to the mix, then I m more optimistic, enthusiastic, and faithful. If I add exercise to my day I am more bold, courageous, and strong (mentally and physically).
