The 23-million-acre Reserve in Alaska’s North Slope is the largest tract of U.S. public land, home to hundreds of species at increased risk due to a warming climate. Public lands are also Native lands, spanning ancestral territories Indigenous communities have stewarded for millennia.

New drilling in the Reserve would threaten local ecosystems and communities all while locking the U.S. into decades of fossil fuel production. Join us in supporting President Biden’s proposal to expand protections for the Reserve.
