One minute you feel the highest high and the next minute you feel completely exhausted, overwhelmed and unsettled. It’s the most massive adrenaline dump. I wanted to take a moment to express how incredibly thankful I am for these beautiful people in this photo. I walked into Phil’s life as his gf in 2015. I witnessed the amazing team effort that Hany, Phil and Farinaz created. I knew I could enhance it by going all in and supporting Phil to the best of my abilities. This meant I leave a career job, my family and all my friends in Cali. It wasn’t easy but I wouldn’t change a thing. It has been an absolute honor to work with them as we left no stone unturned. Hany challenged us all and there were many times Hany and I would argue 🤣 Our circle knows we’re both very passionate people who have many of the same traits- he’s my Persian brother from another🤷🏻‍♀️ Hany and Phil literally dominated the Mr. Olympia title and built a legacy that I believe will never be surpassed. The ability to win 7 consecutive Mr. Olympia titles while competing at 2 day shows🤯 The timing and science behind prepping a body for stage 2 days in a row is extremely hard. I still reflect in amazement of what they did. Phil has always been an absolute beast, self starter and extremely coachable. Phil always did the work without having to be asked. Hany is relentless with his approach and he IS the best bodybuilding coach in the history of bodybuilding. He is invested in all of his athletes and so is Farinaz and their amazing son Kam. Hany wouldn’t be the man he is today without the love and support from Farinaz and Kam. This photo isn’t perfect but represents so much. Phil and I are now on the other side, we’re able to stand back and witness history be made while Hany coaches @cbum @dereklunsford_ @hadi_choopan. Congratulations @hanyrambod @missnaz for making History again last night! It wasn’t easy for you guys to watch both of your incredible athletes battle each other on stage. Winning is a brutal beast.
