Every week we try to incorporate at least 2x30min of javelin specific running work. As you have probably heard already force comes from the ground needs to be transferred to the upper system in order to create a big throw.

Always start with a solid warm up. As in prep season my hips go tight fast the gorilla and any version of it works great to get my hips moving before the workout starts.

↘️ Doing the drills watch out for:
1. 20-30m distance
2. Coordination before speed
3. Head up chest up
4. Solid orientation / sightline target
