Single arm throwing is part of any solid throws prep work. We build both physical and coordinative skills under load.
↘️ Details for this one:
- slowly increase to 5x10 throws
- female use 0.6-1.2kg
- male use 0.8 - 2kg
Make sure to incorporate this exercise after a solid 3-4 week of basic medicine ball work. The exercise puts quite some strain on rotators. Always turn your chest up and let the elbow follow on a high position to prevent injury ‼️
