11/9からの個展の額装に行きました。額の木の種類、磨き、色、マットボードの白も何種類もあり紙の切断面が青みががった白など...作品との相性や世界観で私が決め、オーダーメイドで職人さんが作ってくれます。

“I went to the framing shop. There, I had various options for the type of wood, finishing, color, and even different shades of white for the mat board. I made choices based on how they would complement the artwork and fit with its overall aesthetic, and then a skilled artisan created a custom frame for me.”
