Pistachio Nutella Torta for this weekend’s special at @dominiqueanselworkshop in Flatiron, a soft fluffy pistachio cake topped with creamy Nutella, crunchy chopped pistachios, and a sprinkle of Maldon sea salt to finish (bonus: it’s naturally gluten-free too, as we use pistachio flour to give it a light and airy texture.) Here in Flatiron today through Sunday only.
