Our Moon Drop Grape Torta Bertolina, our version of the traditional northern Italian grape cake, 🍇made with sweet and juicy Moon Drop grapes, olive oil, Amaretto syrup, and a hint of fresh orange zest. Typically made with Concord grapes, we’re using beautiful Moon Drop grapes, a variety of black grape that’s longer in length, with a juicy sweet and tart grape flavor.
