Peanut Butter & Jelly Sesame Mochi for our weekend special at @dominiqueanselworkshop. My son Celian loves the classic Chinese sesame mochi (traditionally filled with red bean paste), so I wanted to make a version for him as he heads back-to-school, and that means PB&J! Ours are filled with crunchy peanut butter with a hint of sea salt and homemade raspberry jam, lightly fried until golden. Here in Flatiron today through Sunday only.
