Civic Creative Base Tokyo (CCBT) in Shibuya is holding the exhibition "Embodiment++" by MPLUSPLUS, a crew of stage technologists known for its performances using sound, video, and light.

The combination of technology and stage performance has been recognized around the world as one of the distinctive features in the Japanese media art field.

This exhibition showcases MPLUSPLUS’s latest endeavour: a performance featuring robots that go beyond the human. In addition, the exhibition provides the first comprehensive overview of about 10 products MPLUSPLUS has developed to date. It's an interactive exhibition that questions the future of human physicality in the real and virtual worlds.

Hours: 13:00-19:00　　
Performances by the robot arm will be performed every 45 minutes.
The last performance by the robot arm on event days will be the 18:00 session.
(Event dates: Oct. 9, 13 / Nov. 3)
Closed: Mondays (if Monday falls on a national holiday, the museum will be open on Monday and closed the following weekday.)

渋谷区の シビック・クリエイティブ・ベース東京［CCBT］では、音・映像・光によるステージ演出で活躍するMPLUSPLUS（エムプラスプラス）による展覧会「Embodiment++（エンボディメント・プラスプラス）」を開催しています。

テクノロジーとステージパフォーマンスを融合した表現は、日本のメディアアート分野の特徴として世界的に評価されてきました。

本展覧会では、世界初となる「人間不在の巨大ロボットアームによるパフォーマンス作品」や、これまで開発してきたプロダクト約10種類を初めて総合的に紹介。
鑑賞者に対して、実世界・バーチャル世界にある私たちの未来の「身体性」を問いかける、インタラクティブな展示となっています。

休館日：月曜休館（祝日の場合は開館、翌平日休館）
