For this year's first "TOKYO WEEK", our Executive Chef Ken Takahashi and Sushi Head Chef Tetsuya Yamada presented Japanese cuisine at the Excelsior Hotel Gallia's Terrazza Gallia restaurant and wine cellar. The passion of the chefs and hoteliers, and the feelings they put into their work, transcended national borders and became one.
