Throughout my career, I’ve been faced with incredible support as well as very hurtful scrutiny. I go through my journey candidly in my book. One lesson I have learned, that I think is applicable across many fields of work, is to not let someone else’s insecurities take away from your hard work, self worth, and achievements. Stand in your truth, find your voice, and know your integrity. Like any human, I’ve made mistakes over the years - and learned from them; I’ve grown up and I continue to learn. I’ve also had times of extreme joy- and realized moments that I’m really proud of.
