Willie was 2 at the time all of this was happening in his family life story and we just so happened to know a really cute 2 year old. Shep played the role perfectly and had his own little tiny trailer and early 70s wardrobe, ha! He loved his “big brothers” on set and had a blast! A few more little Easter eggs to look for in the movie…my dad makes a brief appearance. It was actually Howard Bros Discount Stores where Miss Kay came to work when she and Phil were separated, Howard is my maiden name and this was our family business. It was my granddad hired her, so my dad got to play my grandad! Always amazes me how our world intertwined when we were just babies! You might see a few more familiar faces as extras in the film. Let me know who you spot! Don’t worry we hired real actors for all of the big roles, and they are incredible!!! The way they captured each real-life person, personalities, mannerisms, accents was amazing to watch. Don’t miss it!!
