Mine was Presley’s birthday and the launch of Fitin5 1:1 Online Coaching. 💖  A couple things I’ve made stick in September:  (READING) I’ve gotten into a great routine of reading my bible and praying everyday. LIFE CHANGING!!  (VITAMINS) I’m the worst at staying consistent with taking daily vitamins but subscribed to a day pack which has helped tremendously creating a habit.   (HABITS) I’ve broken my habit of looking at my social media first thing in the morning and I feel reeeeally good about it.   (BEDTIME) I’ve now am on a good night time schedule where I go to sleep and get 7hrs of sleep consistently.  (MOVEMENT) I’ve made a very consistent effort to get my workout done first thing in the morning to ensure I don’t make excuses throughout the day. A couple things I’ve made stick in September:
