This happens to me daily. It happens when I open the fridge, when I walk into a new room, when I pick up my phone…… the list goes on.

I often times find myself over why with distracting thoughts that can consume me and make me feel deflated and like giving up before I’ve even started because I’m SO OVERWHELMED in my own head.

It’s these moments that are important to remember:

3️⃣ EASY STEPS to combat overwhelm

1 - Take a RESET BREATH

2 - Remind yourself to PICK ONE THING and focus on that until complete.

3 - REPEAT as many times as needed to accomplish all that you set out to do today.

We can always do ONE thing, it’s getting started that’s the hard part sometimes. Don’t be defeated, choose your starting point and GO!
