I am On a path of self worthiness and acceptance and feeling beautiful in my skin and in my own mind🧠. It’s not easy to always keep a positive mindset, it’s much easier to ruminate on bad situations or try and go back in your head and redo outcomes … we repeat this almost to the point of insanity, and some do go insane with depression or a deeply rooted sense of unworthiness or anxiety 😟. Happiness is a choice and I beg you all to choose it. Let me help💋 ❣️❣️A simple exercise you Can do to elevate that mood or vibration you are in is * get a sense of how you are feeling and name it. For example if you are feeling anxious- note that and put it in this next phrase. Say to yourself- “ I cast this burden of my anxiety on the Christ within and I go Free! “ Or if you don’t want to say “Christ” because that word isn’t for you you can say “I let go of this burden of anxiety and I go free!” REPEAT x3 Try it! And if you know of a feeling you would rather feel slap it on at the end of that saying!
