While trying to tell the story of the diversity of the process of selective breeding that has transformed the Grey Wolf into an almost unlimited number of variations. I was struck by the face and the body language of Denzil, a Douge de Borodeaux (or a French Mastiff). The breed was originally bred as a war dog, used to guard French hunting estates. Not used as guard dogs today they are protective of their family and can be seen looking out the window on alert of any danger that might be coming around the corner. More commonly the dog is now recognized for their cute face and the more than occasional, slobber, (remember the movie Turner & Hooch).」8月27日 15時53分 - robertclarkphoto
