Jakob Schubert certainly is, especially in timing, pacing and managing the precision -speed trade-off.
When Adam Ondra became world champion in 2016, he was superior to Jakob Schubert (vice world champion back then) in this regard. (upper panel)
By 2018, Jakob had vastly improved and could climb the “where it counts-“ sections almost as fast as Adam.

In the recent combined finals in Bern, both competitors arrive at the same time at the last clip that Adam makes. He then takes a 11’’ rest before attempting his final move. Put drastically, Jakob makes this move 11’’ fresher (lower panel)
