I have received some great acting advice over the years but the one pro tip I have never forgotten is from the v v v savvy mister Jake Johnson who told me to make sure “my character” is always sitting down in a scene holding a drink so while the rest of the actors are running in and out of rooms take after take (often in heels like I did for a decade) you get to sit comfortably, stay hydrated and watch the show I CALL THIS TECHNIQUE THE NICK MILLER. COME TO MY ACTING CLASS 😂 #playsmarternotharderkids
