Or if you haven’t studied it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You can’t have optimum wellness if you follow societal guidelines that are wildly dysfunctional, confusing, and really about consumerism. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We have to slow down.
