And while a certain amount of humility, the ability to really listen to learn, and manners are important, I find many people I have worked with have taken it to the extreme. Dimming rather shining, being a sheep when their soul is begging them to be a shepherd. To allow themselves to be seen for who they really are, now in this phase of their life, instead of being defined by their past. Hopefully this will inspire someone to live boldly, to have a big life, to be happier and to continue to evolve into their next greatest chapter.
