You can find it in many restaurants, but you can also make it yourself!😋 At the ‘Soba Dojo’ in Ouchi-juku, you can make soba noodles from scratch and enjoy them for lunch. Making these noodles is simple, and you can also make noodles made entirely from buckwheat flour (please let us know if you’d like this option when booking your reservation). This experience is led in Japanese with limited to no English guidance, but written instructions in English are available. After making the noodles, you’ll get to enjoy them for lunch at the dojo. Post-lunch, explore Ouchi-juku at your own pace.
