🥗You guys need to try this fresh Beet Salad, it will be your new summer favorite!

Ingredients:
🌱 Beets
🧅 Onions
🥬 Lettuce
🌰 Pistachios
🥜 Walnuts
🧀 Goat cheese

And now my amazing homemade dressing that takes this salad to the next level 🥰

Dressing Ingredients:
🍃 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
🧀 Goat cheese (because, yum!)
🍯 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
🥄 1 Tbsp dijon mustard (Grey Poupon, the fancy stuff!)
🧄 1 garlic clove, pressed or finely minced
🧂 1/4 tsp salt
