Train legs with me 🏋🏼‍♀️

If you’re looking for a total lower body workout, give this a go! It’s what I did to ease myself back in after a few weeks off training:

➡️ Barbell Pause Rep Squats 4x8
➡️ Elevated Barbell Reverse Lunges 4x8 (per leg)
➡️ Single Leg Staggered RDLs 4x12 (per leg)
➡️ Circuit: 3 rounds of 8 step ups per leg, 15 kettlebell deadlifts & 15 elevated SL glutes bridges per leg.
