And the refit, with its sleek, expanded dining room, is just beautiful. . Anyway, I just hope I can find the time for one last visit before I come home, but in the meantime, demonstrating as ever that simple is nearly always better: pasta al ragù; school prawns with aioli; steak tartare; and fish and chips!
