Slow progress is still progress. And that is what I have been leaning into these last few months, rather than criticizing myself for not making things happen quickly enough. I came to think, according to whose timeline?

It’s understandable given that we live within such a fast paced digital era, that if we feel we are not “keeping up”, then perhaps we may be left behind.

For many years, I’ve had this fear in the back of my mind. Yet, I knew it was not a sustainable approach to life for me. It was not the way of life I desired. I wanted to create and live according to my own terms.

So I started to shift my mindset. And that was the game changer for me. Because it changed my perspective on what creating and what life meant to me. I am here to tell you that slow progress is still progress and that is to be celebrated as well ❤️
