My day in a carousel 🎞️
1. Morning PHOTOSHOOT 📷 w @adam.m.dunne
2. KIT for the day (new pale lilac from @lskd 💜 AMANDA15 for 15% off!)
3. WORKOUT 💪🏼 Leg day from our current Muscle May challenge on #freshbodyfitmind app
4. BREAKFAST 🫐 smoothie bowl blended with @pureplantprotein (AMANDABISKPPP for 10% off!)
5. Coastal WALK 🌊 I always try to get outside each day to reset my mind.
6. Quick COFFEE stop ☕️ Oat milk Cappuccino
7. FILMING classes for the app 🎥 another 3 workouts for the day 😅 don’t worry, 2 of them were yoga classes (I’m not that crazy!)
8. COMPUTER work 💻 all the not so exciting behind the scenes stuff we need to do to run a small business…customer support, emails, editing, app updates, class planning (and a million more things I can’t remember 😮💨)
9. DINNER 🥘 Chickpea & veg curry, and I always have some fruit & chocolate for dessert 😉
10. Chill with these 2 🐾 and Adam! (He just didn’t make the shot 😜)
This is a typical ‘crazy day’ during the week, but keep in mind my days aren’t always like this. Some days I do no workouts and just go for a walk. Some days I’m on the computer all day.
The beauty of working for yourself is that you get to wear lots of different hats 🎩 and set your own schedule BUT, that also means you never stop and overworking, stress and anxiety can take over.
I guess I just want to say, don’t compare your life to anyone else’s highlight reel. We all have so much more going on than the 1% that is shared here on social media. This is ONE of my 365 days of the year.
