ARMS & BACK DUMBBELL 💪🏼 Muscle May has officially started on my #freshbodyfitmind app! ( if you haven’t stated yet, it’s not too late!)
Todays ‘Day 2’ workout was Arms & Back, so here is a snippet of some of the exercises we have done so far…all put into a workout for you!
2 ROUNDS
45sec of each exercise (slow & controlled!)
▪️1. RENEGADE ROW
- keep your feet wide and limit swinging movement in the hips.
- Drop to knees if you need.
▪️2. TRICEP PRESS
- tuck your rib cage in & magnetise your elbows toward each other.
▪️3. SUPPORTED ROW
- slide your shoulder blade to spine BEFORE you row.
- 45sec each side
▪️4. HALO’S
- Control the dumbbell the whole way & keep your ribs tucked in.
▪️5. CHEST PRESS
- Keep your shoulders away from your ears.
I’m using 2 sets of dumbbells (7.5kg & 10kg)
