Cette initiative, « Regards du Louvre », rassemble des artistes de moins de quarante ans qui créent dans le palais du Louvre et renouent ainsi avec le passé du lieu qui fut atelier d’artiste avant d’être musée. A son arrivée à Paris, âgé d’à peine vingt ans, Ivan Argote découvre les départements antiques du Louvre, et leur énergie. When he arrived in Paris at age twenty, he was immediately struck by the energy of the rooms of the Louvre dedicated to ancient cultures.
