I've become quite accustomed to a wide legged trouser and puffed sleeve combo and feel that the body looks beautiful when dressed in more contour-concealing ways. It's definitely about striking up a healthy balance in life, especially as the years pass us by, as I've seen many people go from being youthful, beautiful and glamourous as they receive a lot of attention and admiration for their appearance, to struggling to accept ageing, bodily changes and an evolving appearance. There has to be more to our personal happiness than purely focusing on what is on the surface, as true peace and beauty may only come from within. So in my 30s I'm striking this balance by following every glamourous day with an entirely natural day, every bodycon dress that I wear with a floaty ensemble and every luxury and extravagant experience with something humbling and grounding.
