She began volunteering in 2022 as a Service to the Armed Forces caseworker, and later, was trained to support emergency communication messages and critical community follow-up calls. ✋🏾 But she hasn't stopped there. She's also a blood donor ambassador and supports the VA hospitals coffee cart program. She attributes her motivation to become a volunteer to two people: A friend who she's known for the last eight years and an individual she met whose life mission is to help veterans living with and combating PTSD.
