1️⃣ Sumo Squat - widen your stance just as much as you need to make room for your belly as you squat down
2️⃣ Glute Rainbows - keep hips stable, try to avoid shifting side to side!
3️⃣ One Legged Stand - keep the standing knee in line with your toes. Try to prevent it from caving in!
4️⃣ Romanian Deadlift - imagine you’re pointing your booty to the wall behind you. This movement should come from your hips, not your back or knees!
