Since our launch, Cradle has experienced phenomenal growth, now providing support to over 250,000 employees. Our esteemed clientele features prestigious global companies such as Sony, HONDA, Shiseido, POLA, Nomura, NEC, Deloitte, Yahoo, and many more. Not only have we achieved economic success, but we have also made strides in shifting societal norms. The Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry (METI) has officially recognized "support for women's health" as a new criterion for evaluating Japanese companies' health-related benefits.
