Supercharge your day through the power of biology 💚 No matter how busy things get for me from dawn to dusk, I will always try to make time these simple yet effective practices. Whether you’re having good or a bad day, these #biohacking tips will help you have a better one:

1. Letting go of grudges and resentment 🌈 A surefire way to boost your mood and build better relationships. Ho'oponopono, a traditional Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness, can be a helpful tool: “I’m sorry, Please Forgive me, I thank you, I love you“. There are different ways of practising, like using movements shown in the video, or simply putting your right hand on your heart while speaking these affirmations.

2. Spending time in the sunlight 🌞 Enhanced levels of Vitamin D can have transformational effects on the mind, body and soul. Regular exposure to sunlight can help regulate the circadian rhythms, and improve your immune system function. Feel the warmth of the gentle morning and evening sun and don’t forget to get a natural, reef-safe sunblock!

3. Grounding/Earthing 🌱 We can connect our body to to earth by walking barefoot on grass, sand or soil, which can restore the electromagnetic balance we need for health and healing. Grounding for a minimum of 30 minutes can reduce inflammation, improve sleep and reduce stress and anxiety.

4. Moving & exercising 🏃‍♀️ It’s no secret that regular physical activity can improve cardiovascular health, strengthen muscles and bones, cognitive function and so much more. Including movement into your daily practise will sow the seeds for a life well lived. Rollerskating is my hubby’s favourite exercise as he used to be an ice hockey captain. 5. Surrounding yourself with good company 🤝 This includes appreciating your own company. “We become what we surround ourselves with” - when we apply this wisdom, we can consciously raise our frequency and overall wellbeing.
