It was a truly special experience for our entire family. Bodhi had the privilege of firsthand lessons in caring for these majestic beings. Being at @dvurolsiny was nothing short of magical. From the cozy, inviting rooms to the mouthwatering homemade Czech breakfast ( vegan options too) 😋 , every moment was treasured. We had magical time with our family, met new friends, bonded with the horses & created memories to last a lifetime. This beautiful place stirred nostalgic feelings of my own childhood. I recall walking with my sister down the hill, through nature's embrace, to collect fresh produce from a local farmer. ( 30min down and ten up the steep hill 😅) Horses, cows, pigs, and chickens were a part of his lovingly tended farm. Our grandfather would lend a helping hand, and in return, we were blessed with organic abundance, made with pure love. Oh, and let's not forget the occasional batch of Christmas cookies that delighted our taste buds! I hold these memories close to my heart, as they embody the essence of a slow life lived in harmony with nature and cherished values. Now, I have the immense joy and privilege of sharing some of these old school Czech way of living with my boys.
