Anywho, I had so much fun with the events today! Something quick and heavy and then V-ups! Have not done those since I quit gymnastics - at least not more than a few at a time and definitely not as part of a FOR TIME effort 😝

I’m sure my abs will be happy about some deadlifts tomorrow.
