You can officially call me a *Kitec plumbing specialist* 🤌🏻😏

In June 2022, Kitec plumbing made us its next victim. A pipe burst while we were on vacation last summer in the, yes, middle summer (of course it did 🙄). Water ran freely in our home for God knows how long, and the biggest blessing was that it happened over our upstairs shower. So it had somewhere to drain at the very least.

It could have cost us a lot of personal items, but instead, a lot of time, headaches, laughs and I can confidently say some tears. 🥲

The two silver linings in all of this are that 1. I am now have first hand experience in filing claims with insurance companies, working with your mortgage company mortgage companies and general contractors. And 2. We remodeled the last little bit of the house we wanted to eventually now because we had to. 🙃

After seven months, we close that chapter. And I couldn’t be happier to say that. 🥹
