What an incredible year to say the least … the most successful year to date yet one of the most difficult !I was in a really dark place right before commies and wasn’t sure if I would be able to push through to compete but I’m so pleased I dug myself out of a dark hole and came out the other side along with a lot of help from my team
it’s hard to describe in words but I’m so grateful for my teammates this year we have done so so well and all fought so many battles and again have come out the other side and I couldn’t have done it without you and I’m proud we all succeeded together and still managed to have so much fun and laughter :)

. British bars silver beam bronze
. Commonwealth team and bars gold
. Making history for retaining the commonwealth bars title
. European team silver and first European bar final
. History making world team silver
. Adding the Fenton 2 to the code of points

I couldn’t have done any of this without @michelle_giz__ @lisajfenton @scotthann @southessexgymofficial @gymnasticplanet @quatrogymnastics @duoteamsports @summussports @britishgymnasticsofficial @nicolesartistry_ , Colin and the rest of the team
I will always appreciate everything everyone does for me

I don’t think much can top this in 2023 I hope for health and happiness, not everyone can be kind in the world and a lot of people will try to bring you down but always remember who you are and where you are going and continue being the best version of yourself and most importantly know your worth
