I struggled with that part a lot with my first pregnancy and decided I will never feel that way again! for this pregnancy, I am focusing on staying active & eating as healthy as I can with exceptions every now and then, due to personal health reasons i actually just decided to go back to more of a dairy free & gluten free diet, so far so good. I’m so glad my @wbkfit app has so many freakin yummy recipes to choose from. I am feeling so energized from the food im consuming finally and I am absolutely loving it. the way you eat 100% contributes to the way you think & feel. It’s like putting gas in a car, you wanna put only the best fuel in there right? gym so far is going great! I’ve been doing my @wbkfit fit mama program, best thing ever for pregnancy! makes it so easy to workout- mindless. Im going a few times a week & sometimes of course it’s a struggle to get there, & if I don’t make it, it’s totally okay. ahhhh gym clothes… had an organizing day yesterday and stored away all my old leggings, sweats, & jeans that no longer fit. second time around, I know how this goes. Ill see them again after the new year. annnd brought out all my old maternity leggings, sweats, undies, bras, and dresses. I’m just happy I can still bend forward to shave my legs & put on my own tennis shoes (for now)… let’s gooooo! also my boobs are growing slowly again yessss maaaaaam, best part muahaha. just started getting a little bit of back pain and round ligament pain, im finding that just staying active and stretching is important & helps. let’s talk sleep! sleeping is going good it’s just the peeing every 45 minutes through out the night haha. Is it too early to bring out my pregnancy pillow? never ;) best thing to ever exist. washing it as we speak. Pregnancy is a beautiful time and personally I love being pregnant.  2nd trimester is always a breeze for me.
