There's one ingredient you're missing when it comes to cooking healthy meals.⁠

It's your cookware.⁠

You're probably not missing it literally, lol. Like, it's in your drawer. But you might want to take a look at what TYPE of cookware you're using before you make your next dish. 🥘⁠

Get this: Most cookware isn't well regulated for safety. ⁠

Non-stick pans, for example, contain loads of PFAs (aka, harmful toxins) that have been linked to increased risks of developing cancer, high cholesterol, and hormone disruption. When used in cooking, heat will break down the pan's hidden chemicals, releasing toxins into the air (or worse, your FOOD. Byeee.)⁠

Some large pans also contain heavy metals, like lead and cadmium. When that pan gets scratched or chipped, all those toxins will break loose, too.⁠

I could go on and on, but you get what I'm saying. No one wants those nasty chemicals lurking in their kitchen, am I right?
