As part of Magnum's 75th anniversary activities, ‘Magnum Photographers and the Moving Image' – a night of short films – is showing this Saturday, June 25, at the @fiafny’s Florence Gould Hall 🎥⁠

The program – curated by multimedia producer @kelterbornadrian, the former director of Magnum in Motion – includes a selection of short films from photographers such as @gregoryhalpern, @newshatavakolian, @jonasbendiksen, @mattblack_blackmatt, @chien_chi_chang, @phillipjonesgriffiths, Peter @pvanagtmael and @bruce_gilden. Kelterborn will lead discussions alongside the acclaimed director, writer and producer Michael Almereyda.⁠

VIDEO: An excerpt from a documentary-in-development by @gregoryhalpern and @joppe.jacob.rog. Set in Buffalo, New York (Halpern’s hometown) the film is an examination of both the everyday and the surreal, focusing on themes of life, death and rebirth in the heart of the American Rustbelt.
