I’ll say this now I prefer to work with women who need to lose over 100lbs. Extreme weightloss has always been my passion because my programs include emotional support in regards to eating. I’ve helped over 5 women lose and keep off over 100lbs 2 of those clients lost over 120lbs.

This time around I’m choosing to work with a smaller group and I will using an application process. I will find out a little about you and let you know if I feel we would make a good team moving towards your goals. My programs include meal replacements and which I have stuck to for over 5 years. This is what works and is sustainable for the longterm results.

You can do my program if you are pregnant or breastfeeding (no workout included). I will take a select number if men who are willing to be coachable and commit.

If you are a returning client my meal plans and workouts have not changed. If you were a member you can re-join with no fee’s simply log back in to your members area.
