Goal setting is so awesome, as it allows you time to evaluate what your objective is but most importantly how you're going to feel once you have completed that goal. Watching the game last night reflected how I would train for competitions as the ultimate goal wasn't to just win a playoff series, but to be in a solid position to win a championship. Objectives can be executed with the right amount of attention to detail and the intention of going beyond one's own limitation regardless of what others may say or think. You have a beautiful life to live and we all can unlock its mysteries by staying focused on our hearts desires, staying committed especially when things aren't going as planned. If you're dealing with some hardship, change your approach but also keep your attitude positive. Don't solely focus on proving others wrong because when you do the work effectively, your performance will prove yourself RIGHT!!!!
