I recently came across this wonderful film from @ariel.india that is raising a thought-provoking question – if men can divide household chores with other men, be in their friends, roommates or brothers, why don’t they do it with their wives? What I find the most empowering is how the woman speaks up for herself and takes a stand, asking her husband to see her as an Equal. This is exactly what we all need to do in our everyday lives. When we sense inequality, we must speak up. We must see and demand to be seen as equals. Because when we #SeeEqual, we #ShareTheLoad equally.
